All head hex cap screws manufactured by Robbins Mfg. Co. All hex head are made of 304 stainless steel. Heads are marked with MS radial lines, Robbins "R" trademark, and "304" as the material. Chemicals and physicals with paper work showing full conformance to MS specifications are available for all items.

Hex head cap screws
  • Material to procurement spec FF-S-85; Fed Std 66; QQ-S-763.
  • Mechanical properties (tensile, yield, elongation, reduction of area, and hardness) meet all requirements of MS specs and FF-S-85.
  • Dimensions in accordance with MS drawings and ANSI B18.2.1; thread dimensions per Fed Std H28.
  • Passivated in accordance with QQ-P-35 with magnetic permeability of 2.0 or less tested per ASTM A 342.
  • Heat markings, including manufacture's logo, in accordance with FF-S-85, Mil-HDBK 131, and MS specs.
  • Produced under strict guidelines of quality assurance program to requirements of ISO 9002.
